I’d really like to be able to reorder the fields on the feedback tab, including the default fields of subject, description, name, and email. Is this possible?

i use zendesk on daily basis but i would like you to add these feature on Next Version

1: Normal wp user can check their tickets
2: Responsive Area
3: HTML Editor
