Fatal Error while installing Blog Stats Plugin

Fatal error: Call to undefined function screen_icon() in D:\hosting\10523580\html\wp-content\plugins\wp-post-stats\post-stats-options.php on line 148

I was attempting to install a Blog Stats Plugin at http://www.longhaulpartner.com and experienced the above Fatal Error message. I can no longer access the site at all; doesn’t even show up on Google now.

Any ideas will be much appreciated.
