Fatal error when using plugin duplicator

    Hello, I use WordPress with FreeNas 11.3U2 I installed wordpress but however I cannot install a theme plugin the only way and install them via the upload from my computer. This problem is secondary when I want to create a package with duplicator to put my site online here is the error message I don’t understand help me
