Fatal error updating autofocus theme

    I was updating the autofocus+ free theme and immediately my dashboard and front end send this message:

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function thematic_before_widget() in /home/shoesandcake1/shoesandcake.com/wp-content/themes/autofocusplus/thematic-functions.php on line 380

    I am not a coder or WP specialist, so I don’t know what to do. I can’t access the dashboard to remove the theme. Any advice?
