I started receiving this error in my checkout:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class “WCS_Manual_Renewal_Manager” not found inpublic_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-square/includes/Framework/PaymentGateway/Integrations/Payment_Gateway_Integration_Subscriptions.php:151

WooCommerce plugin and database versions are 8.7.0 both, square is 4.6.0

How do I fix this so people could pay for their orders?

    Hi @ivnwrdprs,

When did this error pop up? Did it occur on your checkout page? Can you share the steps to replicate it?

The error you’re experiencing seems related to a subscription related plugin. For better assistance, can you provide screenshots showing the error on your end? For screenshots, you may use https://snipboard.io

Additionally, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: Navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get System Report and then Download for Support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.

You could copy and paste your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

    Hi @ivnwrdprs,

Thanks for sharing additional details, but the Pastebin link for the system status report has expired. Would you mind sharing your system status again and setting a longer expiration time?

Additionally, the error shown on the checkout indicates that the error might be coming from either Elementor or a plugin which handles subscriptions. The best way to determine which settings or plugins are creating issues is to:

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you do not see the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To determine which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I hope that helps! Let me know once you have done a conflict test!
