Fatal Error – please help

Hi all,

I am seeing the following more and more frequently when I access admin panel:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 491520 bytes) in /home/wrestlin/public_html/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/wp-spamfree/wp-spamfree.php on line 2070

Today I actually got it when trying to access my homepage – not really sure how to fix it without disabling wp-spamfree perhaps, but I need it for my comments section.. any ideas?
