Hello,

May I ask what are the steps made in checkout to see the error? I mean, if this after adding a product to the cart or a subscription? Or is this happening when a subscription renews? What extension is the site using to manage subscriptions?

To get more information about this, please share a copy of your site’s System Status Report: You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.

Hello @wpinfojaydeep,

I can see you’re using another Square integration by wpexperts.io.

Please disable it as it could be causing a conflict with our extension. Also, does this happen with all orders or only subscriptions?
