Fatal Error message

    This fatal error message appears when I try to load my site:

    Call to undefined function is_multisite() in /home/content/o/r/l/orlandosaving/html/coupon/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 505

    Is there a way to fix this without having to re-install?

    Problems resolved with backup replacements of wp-admin and wp-includes directories.

    Make backups of the entire site! This helped us immensely!
