Fatal error memory…

    I am getting this error only on the single post pages, and only on this theme. I contacted my host and they increased the limit to 256M, which is more than enough, so why do I keep getting this?

    Please help! Banging my head on desk….

    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 523800 bytes) in /home/rosecity/public_html/wordpress/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 45

    I should add that I have put
    define(‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’); in my wp-config file, and put
    put php_value memory_limit 64M in my htaccess file. I’ve disabled all plugins. This only just started happening a few hours ago, and things have been fine up til now.

    I changed the limit from 64M in the config and htaccess files to 256M and it will didn’t help. 🙁

    Aaaaaaaaaaand – I fixed it. But I’m not sure how I fixed it. I just switched the comments.php with another theme and now it works, thank God!
