Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required wp-settings.php

    This is the error I’m getting:

    Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘\\nawinfs06\home\users\web\b2611\ipw.bethelny\wp-admin/wp-settings.php’ (include_path=’.;c:\php\includes’) in \\nawinfs06\home\users\web\b2611\ipw.bethelny\wp-admin\wp-config.php on line 24

    I re-downloaded the latest wordpress zip, remade the database connection settings, and re-uploaded the files, and still get the error.

    Note that the path to wp-settings.php looks a little weird (\ipw.bethelny\wp-admin/wp-settings.php). could that be the problem?

    The server this is on is IIS (Windows NT IIS04201 5.2 build 3790). PHP Version: 4.4.7

    This is very frustrating. I’ve been trying for a week to get wordpress running. If I fix one error another appears.
