Fatal error in install.php

    Just uploaded, just went to install, and getting an error

    Fatal error: Call to unsupported or undefined function require_once() in /users/emtippetts/public_html/wp-admin/install.php on line 9

    The domain hasn’t been rolled, but I had hoped that we could get set up on the host first, then roll it – is it possible something else could be the problem?
