• The site is http://orangestudiosphotography.com hosted by webhostingbuzz.com. It is a photography site with the Photocrati theme. It has worked fine for years. I am writing in for my daughter; it is her site. She has it hosted on my account in webhostingbuzz.com. I also have a Photocrati WordPress site and it has worked just fine all along too.

She was updating while in her dashboard this morning. After/during a plug-in update she was suddenly locked out and could not get back in.

If you go to this url or the wp-login page, this is the fatal error seen at the top of a blank page:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class nggImage in /home/salsa7/public_html/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/lib/image.php on line 79

I have written to Photocrati in case they can help, but thought I had also better check here.

What do we need to do?
