Fatal Error at Login Page

    Hi Folks,
    I receive this error at the login page, So I can’t Login. Can’t use the blog, view it or change it.

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class wp_locale in /home/content/s/o/u/southafrican/html/blog/wp-includes/locale.php on line 14

    Any ideas on how to fix this?
