• Hi,

After I do an update of one of my plugin (I’m not sure which one), I have a fatal error and now I cant even access to my wordpress log in.

    Can anybody help?

    My site: imexportpermitsingapore.com

    The error note:

Fatal error: Call to undefined method W3_Config::get_cache_option() in /home3/lauek85/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wptouch/core/class-cache-smash.php on line 99

    Can anybody please enlighten me?

    Thanks!

Your “wptouch” plugin seems to be the error.

Try deleting this plugin using FTP , or your web-host’s cPanel or whatever file management application your host provides (no Dashboard access required).
