Fatal error

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare youtube_shortcode() (previously declared in /home/content/78/8611878/html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/modules/shortcodes/youtube.php:203) in /home/content/78/8611878/html/wp-content/themes/district9/admin/shortcodes.php on line 262

I decided to upload a new theme and I’m getting this error: I can’t undo it because the error appears on my admin page and my login page.

Any ideas? I called my hosting provider and they said to change the youtube and jetpack file names. Kind hard to do though when the site won’t let me navigate anymore 🙁
