This is not an error in our plugin but an incompatibility of other processes hooking into it. I think there may have been a mixup though, because I can’t seem to find any email conversations with your (or about the website you mentioned above).
It seems that you are using our Professional extension, please make sure that your license is valid and the plugin is updated to the latest version (currently 2.6.6). There are no known issues with this setup, but it’s possible that if you’re using an outdated version that it is no longer compatible.
