Fatal Error

Hi, everyone

I just tried logging into my blog, and I didn’t even make it passed the log-in screen when I was given this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_network_admin() in /home/alexg/public_html/Blog/wp-admin/admin-header.php on line 16

Any ideas on what I need to do to help fix this problem. Like I said, I can’t even log in to my blog….
