Fatal Error

i was installing a theme and my site stopped working suddenly and a page appeared with a message that “Fatal error: Call-time pass-by-reference has been removed in /home/healthinu/public_html/wp-content/themes/healthy-wp/functions.php on line 32”

now please someone help me out… what can i do for it…
