Fatal Error?

On my site, http://lovejezabel.carnival-macabre.net the blogs were working just fine, I seemed to have gotten the code right, but when I went back to update a link in the menu area, when I refreshed the page I got the following message:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: have_posts() in /home/carniva/public_html/lovejezabel/index.php on line 86

Yet, I haven’t touched any part of that code, so I don’t know where I could have gone wrong and how I could fix it. Any ideas?
