  • Hi

    Thanks for trying our plugin.

Can you please share what kind of fatal error you are facing on your site?

This may happen when other plugins conflict with WC Marketplace. Can you deactivate other plugins(apart from WooCommerce) and try to install WC Marketplace?

Hope, this may resolve your problem. Please feel free to post here if you have any more questions.

    Thanks
    Shan

I deleted all site and began it again, WP was full empty, without any plugin. It was again the same mistake.

The plugin has not been activated because it triggered a fatal error.

If you are doing it in a live server, then can you please send me the access details at shan@dualcube.com? I would require to take a closer look to solve the problem.

    Thanks
    Shan

    I’m still on local server

    Hi,

It is practically impossible to say why it is happening with the limited information you are able to provide. However, it is definitely not a plugin issue.

If you are using a Linux environment, may be there is an issue with the folder permissions.

    Thanks
    Shan

    Marking this as resolved.

    Thanks

I’m using Windows 10, no Linux. I really need that plugin no others.

    Hi,

Sorry released a new version and that kept us busy.

If you are still facing the problem, you will need to set up a staging server online and give us access details. We will install and set up the plugin for you.

    Thanks
    Shan
