    I am having issues with the latest version of WordPress 3.1.0. which until this release I have not had any issues at all with WordPress Releases all running as follows;

    Windows Server 2003
    PHP v4
    MySQL v4.1

    When installed, the pick up on the Database is fine and will allow the configuration process to run, however when I then go to the website URL it is supposed to be running on, it simply will not run, it can find the url, tells me it is loading the website and after a couple of minutes, it times out and I get no website at all…

    Has anyone experienced this – if I remove 3.1.0 and install 3.0.5 it works fine…!!!!!
