There are a variety of issues that can cause this. Check your contact form code and also check your Mailto code.
Try setting up a very simple form with just a single input and a mailto to receive it and see if it sends. If so then you know that it is not an issue with WordPress being able to connect and send email. If it doesn’t then, then it may be an SMTP issue.

Test if your WordPress installation is able to send emails
Try going through the “forgot password” function on wp-login.php.
Do you get the email? If you don’t you will need to rectify this.

OK Sorry but Ive found solution for this error, If the email address is not real the form will not work.

To answer your assumption the email I used is my business email. It is very real; That is not the problem.
