Failed Orders

We’ve heard from two people today not being able to place an order online. It seem that when the order fails, we get the email attached. Do you have any information as to why these orders aren’t going through?
I checked all of the settings and everything seems to be normal. I updated the software but I don’t know if that did the trick. Do you know what else could be the problem?
