I’d be grateful if the theme developer or someone else could please advise ASAP what went wrong and how I can fix this – the slider simply stopped working properly few hours after the site went live. No other changes, no new plugins etc.
I had to deactivate it, while I have spent considerable time on putting my slideshow together and would like to have it on my site working properly.
Greg or Andrew, please advise.

Hi Anna,
Greg and Andrew are the developers of the Vantage theme, but not Meta Slider (that’s me).
I need to cover Pro support before looking at this, in the mean time please could you post the information requested in the ‘Read this before posting!’ thread at the top of this forum. If you’re a Pro customer please get in touch using the form on http://www.metaslider.com/support.

I checked my site too… it’s valid HTML5, and the Flexslider with a fade transition was working until 3.8. Switching to responsive slider got Fade working, but I want to use Fleslider (incidentally, slide works fine).
Great plugin, BTW.

I was wondering if there was a resolution to this issue as I am experiencing the same issue with the Vantage Theme and the meta slider as well. Thank you.
