Facebook/Twitter Title and Excerpt Empty

    Hello! Great plugin, thanks for creating this amazing tool.

    I recently created a custom post type and imported another blog’s posts into that custom post type, using the official WordPress Importer plugin. Some of these imported posts were scheduled to be posted in the future. I set SNAP to autopost these custom posts to Twitter using this format: %TITLE% – %EXCERPT% %SURL%

    And to Facebook, simply using %EXCERPT% with the link attached.

    When the tweet is published, the title and excerpt are missing, but the link posts. When the Facebook post is published, only the link is posted, not the excerpt. Only after changing both the imported post’s title and the content, and then reposting, will the title and excerpt show up on Twitter or Facebook.

    As a side note, manually creating a new post and autoposting to Twitter and Facebook correctly display the title/excerpt and work perfectly fine. It only seems to be imported posts that have an issue.

    Your posts simply not ready at the time of autoposting. You need to set a delay.

    What would cause the post to not be ready at the time of posting? I’m seeing no errors in the log to indicate that the post was not ready, or that there are any issues with my setup. Even after the post has been pushed out to social networks, doing a repost causes the same issue – no title, excerpt, etc. Manually-created scheduled posts publish perfectly fine, which makes me think that a delay would have no effect.
