Facebook WSL issue

So, I setup my application on developer.wordpress.com I then entered in the id and secret information, but when I click on the Facebook icon, it acts like its going to connect, but then comes back with the following

The http://www.facebook.com page isn’t working

http://www.facebook.com is currently unable to handle this request.
