Facebook Thumbnail Issue

Hello every one,
I created my website a week ago (gearsiege.com).
The problem i am facing is that the post thumbnails don’t appear on facebook whenever i share them.
I’ve tried facebook debug tool but it doesn’t helps. It takes a lot of time to debug which is not helpful.
This problem is driving me crazy.
Please help me.
