Facebook ‘style’ – share a link / article

Hi guys,

I have spent the last 3 hrs searching the net for a wordpress plugin that works similiar to facebooks ‘share a link’ feature where you can:

select to add a link to a website and write a brief description, it fetches a thumbnail.

Is there anything around that can do this or anything remotely similiar?
I was hoping to create a pages called ‘Worth Reading’ on my blog and wanted the abilityy to quickly add links to news items of interest, websites i stumble upon etc.

Any help would be greatlyy appreciated 🙂
