Facebook Social Plugins – which code?

    Hi all,

    I would like my site to be integrated with Facebook and to include the following Facebook social plugins…

    Facebook Comments (on single pages)
    Recommends Box (as a widget in sidebar)
    Activity feed (as a widget in sidebar)
    Like button (on single pages AND for each post preview on archive pages so that people can see how popular each post is)
    Like Box (as a widget in sidebar)

    Ideally, for each of these I could change font colour to work visually with my theme.

    My question is which Facebook code should I use for these plugins to work most efficiently with WordPress: HTML5, XFBML or IFRAME?

    Any help is greatly appreciated.
