Facebook > Email Sign-up

I am looking not for a Facebook login, but a way to pre-populate a visitors email address in a sign-up form.

Then when they sign-up I want ask them for permission to add all their favorite artist to a database.

There are plenty of Facebook Login Plugins but I have not seen exactly what I am looking for. I have seen this concept around the net, but cannot recall where.
