Fabulous customer service

I had a minor issue with something not working. It wasn’t a showstopper for me, so I submitted it as a minor bug. They went above and beyond fixing the problem even though it took them several days of back and forth with me to resolve. If they are that diligent about a minor issue, I can only imagine how much harder they would work on something important.
