ezstatic plugin help please? support site down

I think I found a solution to my problem from this post: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/110942?replies=2 I want to embed a page within a wp page and this plugin seems like it will do the trick. The only instructions are here in the file and I don’t get it. Can someone please give me some direction. Posting the code/instructions below.`<?php
