Is it possible to add an extra top nav menu to the Fruitful theme? I’d like to have a small menu above the existing one, just to the left of the shopping basket icon, that has links to “My Account”, “Sign In”, etc.

Unfortunately it’s not possible with default theme options. It is possible only with custom development, if you want I can calculate an estimate of this project for you.
