Extra field in form

I believe I see the issue. It looks like your theme has styles that accidentally force our honeypot field to display. A honeypot field helps to catch bots trying to spam your form — as the field isn’t meant to be visible to humans, we know it’s a bot when this field gets filled out on your form.

We can make this field hidden again, though, with a little CSS:

.wpforms-field-hp {
    display: none;
}
