Extra code in Add a review section

There is some extra code
” id=”reviewer_img”>
appearing in Add a Review section
I have latest updated version of the plugin.

When I checked this on inspect element the extra code is just after this line, which I am not able to copy.

I can send a screenshot of the same.

Please help to fix this.
