Express Checkout Not Working

    The express checkout button on my cart page seems to just refresh the page rather than send the user to the paypal domain to complete payment.

    go to Bass tabs – click add to basket – then click express checkout and you will see the problem

    It looks like your theme is doing something a little bit unique with the checkout flow. When using Firebug to try to troubleshoot, I’m not getting anything at all in the console upon clicking the EC button, so it seems there must be some sort of a jQuery conflict keeping it from getting submitted at all.

    We could help you get to the bottom of this, but it would be beyond the scope of what we can offer as free support. If you would like to submit an order for premium support we could dive in and figure out what’s going on here.

    If it turns out to be a bug in our plugin we would refund you the support payment. We have not had any other reports of this, though, so I’m thinking it must be something in that theme.

    One thing you could do to help verify that is switch to one of the basic “Twenty” themes temporarily to see if the issue goes away.
