Exporting/Importing help!

I’m hoping someone can help me. I’m having major issues with my hosting service and would like to move my blog over to wordpress. As of right now I have access to my files and my sql database but not to my site (in order to do a backup/export from wordpress) is there any way of salvaging a few years of posts and importing them into the free wordpress version??
