Export Products empty CSV

    From last few days I have been trying to export products but they are coming 0 bytes via /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=product&page=product_exporter

    Last I tried to export on 12 Fab which was successful, after that I tried couple of days back and getting empty files. I even tried using Troubleshoot option by ‘Health Check & Troubleshooting

    Hi @dzire2dzine,

    Thanks for the detailed system status! I tested the product export on my end and it’s working correctly — see screenshot: https://share.zight.com/z8uj6A4w — so this appears to be specific to your environment. Let’s narrow it down.

    • First thing to try is to clear all caches. You’re running both W3 Total Cache and LiteSpeed server-side caching, which can intercept the export download and serve a cached empty response. Flush all cache layers from W3 Total Cache (Performance → Purge All) and your LiteSpeed hosting panel, then retry the export immediately.
    • Then try exporting a small subset. On the export screen, filter by a specific category with just a few products. If that works, the issue may be a timeout or memory exhaustion specific to your full 4,156-product catalog rather than the export process itself.
    • Check your WooCommerce logs for any errors around the times you’ve attempted exports. Go to WooCommerce → Status → Logs and look for anything fatal or critical. Your log directory is 758 MB which suggests there’s been significant activity worth reviewing. Please share any relevant entries at https://gist.github.com.
    • One important question, since this is a Multisite installation, are you running the export from the correct subsite’s admin dashboard (not the network admin)? The product exporter needs to run within the subsite context to query the right products.

    Also, could you try doing a plugin conflict test? With 31 active plugins, temporarily deactivating all non-essential ones and retrying the export will help isolate whether a plugin is interfering with the output.

    Hi @frankremmy Thank you for quick response.

    1. I cleared the cache but didn’t work, I disabled the W3TC plugin and it worked. But again when I re-enabled it, its not working.
    2. I tried only exporting demo catagories that comes by default. (yes, I haven’t deleted them) And I have time and memory set to decent value.
    3. No relevent logs, mostly from Pinterest, fb, Google plugins
    4. Yes, I am.

    Thanks for the update. It looks like the issue is caused by the W3 Total Cache (W3TC) plugin. Since disabling it resolves the problem, the plugin is likely interfering with the export process. You can either keep it disabled while exporting or try clearing the W3TC cache and disabling minification/optimization options temporarily to see if that allows the export to work without fully disabling the plugin.
