I have thousands of images in my WordPress Media Library Assistant, many with att.categories and att.tags assigned. I have an updated spreadsheet offline with all images with categories and tags assigned. Is it possible to export the media library database so that I can import an updated one?

Thanks for your question, which is similar to some earlier MLA support topics:

Batch upload of media (not bulk upload)

    Import/Export Funcionality

    Bulk Add Unique Captions

The current MLA version does not have any features along these lines, and I regret that I do not have the time required to develop them. It would be an interesting addition to the plugin, but a significant amount of work to do in any general way.

Another excellent plugin, Admin Columns Pro, has good support for exporting Media Library information to CSV files. I have done the work required to add support for that plugin to MLA and you may find it useful.

I regret the news is not better, but I am marking this topic resolved simply because your question has been answered. I hope you are able to find a solution that meets you needs. Thanks for your interest in MLA.
