the export seem to be hanging here. It only shows “exporting database” and the spinning logo. But nothing seems to happen. I have the latest version 4.3 of the plugin and WordPress 4.2.5.

Could you disable wp-live-chat-support and attempt to export again?
Also, do you have other large backups that you can delete before exporting?
I have deleted the plugin but i already knew that it would;t make any difference cause at the time at wrote you, i didn’t even had it installed.
But still, i tried but it keeps hanging at archiving files at 90%
Do you have other suggestions?
