    Hello Ryan,
What’s the exact error you’re getting? If it’s missing the template files, try resaving the template settings, making sure you have selected the correct template – let me know if that helps!

I don’t know. The error disappeared now. But i’ve installed the plugin trough FTP again. Took the existing one out and replaced it with a fresh downloaded version.

When i click at Woocommerce > Orders > PDF Factuur it opens a new white screen. After that nothing is happening.

Try enabling the ‘Debug output’ checkbox on the PDF Status tab and print the invoice again – you’ll probably see an error.

It’s also possible that this is memory related (the error and/or status page should show that), in which case this should help: solving memory issues

I think its a memory related problem.

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in /home/lyrytiek/www/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/lib/dompdf/include/frame_tree.cls.php on line 180

Gonna put the memory up tonight, thanks!

    yep, that’s it.

I’m marking this as resolved now – let me know if you have any other questions!
