export entire site WITH menu structure?

i encountered this problem before and researched but did not find a plugin or any other solution. I hope someone here can help …

I would like to export or print all pages of my site, in the menu structure as it is. When I use the export tool of wordpress (to xml), i get the content and the titles of the pages but the structure is lost.

I tried opening the xml file in office, in a webbrowser,…

I want to have one document (pdf or word or … that i can print and take to a meeting for example) where the complete structure and content is visible so it can be discussed or altered…
