Hi, I am having a strange problem. Due to some reason I had to change my API keys for stripe. And now all hell has broken loose.

    The process I followed :
    1. Go to backend settings of the plugin, put in the new API keys
    2. I strangely got the error as below although I was putting in Live credentials
The “Test Publishable Key” should start with “pk_test”, enter the correct key.
The “Test Secret Key” should start with “sk_test” or “rk_test”, enter the correct key.
But the keys were saved that I entered

After this, I tried making a payment online and it just does not take it. Below is the error I get

    https://prntscr.com/1mggctz

I also followed the instructions given below just to be sure that I am not making a mistake

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe-fixing-customer-errors/

But nothing seems to work. Please can you help

    Hi @scorpionio,

Thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear you’re having trouble getting the Stripe plugin to work.

As you’ve contacted us via WooCommerce.com already, I’ll go ahead and solve this ticket now to keep the discussion in one location and avoid any confusion. We also need to take a closer look at your site’s admin area, which would need to do via our WooCommerce.com platform and not via the forums.

    Thank you!
