Excluding Media From Rss Feed?

Hey,

Is there any way you can filter videos from appearing in your rss feed. You see i run a free documentary site and post videos in every post pretty much and i would love to stop the videos appearing in my rss feed.

Ive spent hours searching the depths of google but still havnt found anything of much use.

Anyone know how to do this?
