Excluded URLs for Redirect

Under the Settings > Access tab, there is an option to “Exclude the following URLs” from the Custom Redirect URL.
Unfortunately, none of them are working. The excluded URL’s are still redirecting to the custom URL.
Both WP and UM are up-to-date.
