Exclude Urls

Hi!

I’m getting problems with Paypal IPN in my site. IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing because of the maintenance mode.

https://www.website.com/?arm-listener=arm_paypal_api

Could you help me with it? What I should do to exclude that specific URL from WP Maintenance?
