In tab Media , right below enable/disable lazy load , there is an exclude box , you can place your logo URI there to exclude it.
When you see adsense blank , please check dev console to see if there is any error?

but I’d suggest you try to disable all relevant features optimize tab and see how it goes first.

Yeah , in that case , we will have to do this as old fashion way, disable them all , and then enable them one by one to figure out which one actually breaks it.
but what I think it’s most likely related to JS.

this error is usually due to JS problem.
Also try disable JS defer.
It seems not very randomly ? for the past hour you seem could confirm the result very quickly.
Do you have reliable way to reproduce it ?
