Exclude Category Question

Hi,
First off great plugin thanks for building it. We are excluding all categories (Categories B, C, D, etc) except for one category (Category A).

However if we have a post that is in Categories A & B, it still is excluded by the sitemap. Is there a way to set this so if the post is in category A or in category A plus any other categories, it will show up on the sitemap?
