Page Optimizaiton -> tune setting -> CSS exclude , add that plugin’s path into the field, save and purge all

I feel it’s not CSS issue but something else
if you reset plugin to default setting, does it work ?
If I turn off the plugin, the TOC works.. so it’s something about the LS optimization.

yes , that’s why I asked you to reset to default setting first, see how it goes
you can reset it in toolbox -> export/import
I understand, but resetting it to the default settings, wouldn’t it cause other optimizations to be lost?

in that page there is an option to export your current setting
I reset it and it looks good. Now, how can I reactivate the other optimizations without damaging this?

you can try , import back your previous settings , and then go to page optimization page , turn off options one by one , to locate which one caused issue
remember to purge all each time after you made change

okay , then you can either keep that option OFF, or find the proper CSS file to exclude from being async’ed
