excessive php resource

good evening all. hopefully someone can help me out. my site captainsdead.com was just shut down for excessive php use. this has happened at both hosting companies i have used. anyway, here is the information hostgator sent me.

its all greek to me but maybe one of you can make sense of this.

oh one more thing. i just added wordpress.com stats today. could that be causing an issue? up until today my resources via my cpanel seemed ok.
